2 cups of coconut water
1 cup fresh or frozen mango pieces
cashew whole nuts
juice of half lime
juice of half lemon

BLEND. CHILL. SERVE

1 heaping spoonful of almond butter
2 spoonfuls flax seed
½ cup almont milk, yogurt, or regular milk
drizzle of maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
pinch of vanilla powder or a tiny drop of almond extract
½ to 1 scoop powder
